Terms and Conditions

1. Grant of Rights. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-assignable license to access LearnIVErsity during the Term (as defined below).  This license is personal to you and permits only you to access and receive content from LearnIVErsity.
2. Term and Termination.  These Terms takes effect immediately upon completion of the registration process and remain in effect until membership is revoked or suspended.  Should you cancel your membership, access to LearnIVErsity will be terminated.
3. Access. Son Kissed Photography will provide you with an individual user ID to access LearnIVErsity. Sharing or transferring user names or passwords is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
4. Billing. Upon completion of the registration process, you shall be billed the monthly advertised rate for LearnIVErsity (“Subscription Fee, $75/mo”). The Subscription Fee ($75/mo) is due on the same day each month and is non-refundable. Accounts not paid on time shall be considered delinquent, in which case Son Kissed Photography reserves the right to suspend the Subscription. All Subscription Fees are non-refundable.​
